About Ben Rutherford

Combining his previous sales and marketing skills with his profitable real-estate investments in Canada and Costa Rica, Ben realized joining the Blue Zone Realty International team as a sales associate was the next move in a forward trajectory. He quickly moved up to Senior Sales Associate, and most recently, to Associate Broker and mentor, with a large list of extremely satisfied clients and investors. 

With Ben’s “pre-CR” career having been in the food service/hospitality segment, the experience gave him the opportunity to attain the planning and analysis skills needed to focus on commercial real estate, and luxury home sales and purchasing. Measuring your ROI, CAP rate and ROO is an important part of both the purchasing and selling and Ben’s life experience has brought him that knowledge.

Now in the South Pacific, Costa Rica area, Ben and his partner developed a spectacular ocean view property into a thriving boutique hotel. Now sold, Ben’s confidence in the market has him reinvested in the area on a much larger scale.
