About Diego Moya

In late 2018, Diego concluded his career in the tourism sector to embark on a new chapter, putting into practice everything he had learned alongside his father in the real estate industry. After obtaining his CRGAR, NAR, and CIPS certifications to become an accredited real estate agent in the country, he began his career as a sales associate with Blue Zone Realty International, where he was soon promoted to Senior Sales Associate. Undoubtedly, this has been a very successful start for Diego.

In early 2022, Diego and his wife Paula received the wonderful news that they were going to become parents to their first child, which would change both their professional and personal lives. Sometime later, they got married and enjoyed their vacations together before the arrival of their daughter, Aurora.

Diego is the third generation of his family in this southern Pacific area of the country, with extensive knowledge of the area and its market. He is not only a father and real estate agent but has also decided to establish his own company, where, in conjunction with his family, they develop their own projects from inception to the final product.

His local knowledge fosters stronger connections between Costa Ricans and the community of foreigners who decide daily to move to establish a life or invest in Costa Rica.
