About Janet Chantry

Janet started her real estate career 36 yrs ago as an investor. Together with her career as a master importer in Canada, she started and represented top brands in the industry, held an 85% market share, sat in the top board rooms nation wide and while running a large sales team, her passion for real estate never dwindled. Purchasing her first home at a young age she started her buy and sell process while raising a family and learned the dynamics of how to invest. 

Her move to Costa Rica in 2015 with her husband John allowed her to finally take on her passion full time. Together they developed and ran a number one rated restaurant and hotel in the area and she then started her dream career as an agent. 

Janet embraced this life and has helped many find their dream properties in this wonderful country. 

Year after year she’s earned top producer status within the region and continues to love every day of her dream career. Recently promoted to Associate Broker she continues to help many families and business owners buy and sell their investments.
