Julia Maxwell is as enthusiastic about the southern region of Costa Rica as they come. When she purchased her first property in late 2018 it was the beginning of her love affair with Costa Rica, and she began visiting frequently to enjoy her little piece of paradise in San Buenas, just south of Ojochal. She made the permanent move from Ontario, Canada in 2021 and it ignited a desire in her to share her first-hand knowledge about the steps involved in investing and relocating to Costa Rica. Through her passion, Julia has helped people from all over the world fulfill their dreams of building their ideal lifestyle in the Southern Zone.
