Senior Sales ConsultantDavid Orozco relocated from his home town of San Jose Costa Rica to the Southern Pacific Zone of Costa Rica when he was 15 years old. In David’s words, “My heart belongs to the Costa Ballena Region of Costa Rica”
David has a bachelor degree in Education, and he completed his real estate certification course in 2016 while working for a well-known development in the area. Mr. Orozco’s impressive resume includes real estate sales, project management, hotel management, property management, and adventure tour guide.
David spent a great deal of his youth competing nationally and internationally in the sport of whitewater rafting all across Costa Rica and Italy, and he has not lost that zest for life and for adventure. He is enthusiastic, dedicated and excited to help others discover all of the wonderful things that this particular region has to offer.
