Although I was born and raised in San Isidro de Pérez Zeledón, a town just 45 minutes from these beautiful beaches, a part of my heart has always belonged to the South Pacific. From a young age, I visited this region with my family, and at 19, I made one of the most important and beautiful decisions of my life: I made Uvita my home."

After living here for 17 years, I have a deep understanding of the local community, the lifestyle, and the opportunities that make this area such a unique place.

My experience in hospitality, customer service, entrepreneurship, and property management, along with six years of developing my own real estate projects, allows me to understand every stage of the process — from purchasing a piece of land to design and construction, including permits and local requirements.

This experience has given me a well-rounded perspective of the real estate market, allowing me to guide my clients with honesty, personal attention, and a practical, hands-on approach.

I’m still just as in love with this region as I was the day I arrived. I feel grateful every day to wake up surrounded by the jungle, rivers, and ocean. Surfing is one of my greatest passions, and you’ll often find me at the beach with my husband and our dogs, enjoying this very special lifestyle. I love being able to share the beauty and abundance of this place with others.
