The main Sombra Villa holds an open concept kitchen and living area which unite with the outdoor terrace with dining and lounge area. You immediately relax when you enter this space, the floor to ceiling windows bring in the greenery of the surrounding jungle while the warm decor and fire place bring comfort. The kitchen is finished with custom cabinetry, quartz countertops and stainless steel appliances. The fire place feature is enjoyed both in the indoor living area, and along side the outdoor dining area.  The waterfall feature next to the villa adds yet another element to the nature serenade at the property. The spacious primary bedroom suite overlooks the canopy through the large windows, and enjoys a private ensuite bathroom with duel vanity. On the lower level the spacious guest suite is found, with 3 twin beds (which are designed to be put together to create a queen or king bed option), also with en suite bathroom and sitting area.

Along the walkway from the main villa you will find the 12 person Jacuzzi which over looks the jungle and sloping land below, a mountain retreat dream! The Jacuzzi can also be cooled, for those warmer summer days. The cascading waterfall feature alongside the Jacuzzi area heightens the tranquility even more.

Continue along and you arrive to the Bruma Villa, a private space to soak in the jungle sights and the majestic mountains. You will find a open studio layout with galley kitchen, two queen beds, a full bathroom and spacious covered outdoor terrace with lounge and dining area. On the other side of the property Solana Villa is found. A second studio room is on the upper level, with queen bed, full bathroom, galley kitchen and spacious outdoor terrace. The lower level holds the 5th bedroom, with en suite bathroom. All villas are decorated and finished with an impeccable balance of organic elements and modern design.

Atop the hill on which La Sombra Villas sit, a huge flat area that currently serves as ample parking, however affords the possibility of future construction. Meander down the trails to the bottom of the property where you will find a cascading stream which you can walk along and discover some natural waterfalls for enjoyment.
